Celebrations, parties, specialties

Our restaurant with its excellent ambience offers the best conditions for family celebrations of all kinds, company events, Easter and Christmas celebrations or specialty events such as wine tastings or an original Swiss fondue.

Asparagus

From April onwards, white asparagus is harvested in Germany. We promptly import asparagus and potatoes from Germany and offer our guests a first-class treat early on.

From May 28, 2024, we will no longer offer asparagus and are looking forward to the 2025 asparagus season.

Steaks

The GGB Group also imports and trades the finest meat.

Visit our restaurant and ask for meat from Argentine pasture-fed beef.

Wine

The GGB Group has taken over the representation of the award-winning winery "Alexander Laible" in Mallorca. You have the opportunity to taste these excellent wines in the restaurant.

Wine

The GGB Group imports wines from Italy. For the RESTAURANT BULEVAR we decided to add three more excellent red wines to the wine list.

Beverages

The GGB Group continues to systematically expand its range of drinks. In addition to beers such as Warsteiner Premium Pils, König Ludwig, Estrella Galica, Heineken, Grolsch, we also offer Pepsi Cola, Fritz Kola, Fanta, SevenUp, Pfanner fruit juices, Lipton Ice Tea, Bitter KAS and Red Bull.

From May 22nd, 2024, we will be able to satisfy the increased demand for apple spritzer at the highest level with Appletiser.

Chanterelles

The chanterelles replace the asparagus!

From June 2025 we will present chanterelles again.

We look forward to your visit to our restaurant.

Of course we have the right wine to go with it!

In general, chanterelles go well with low-acid wines, such as white wines that are more flavorful but low in acid.

It is important not to cover up the delicate flavors of the chanterelles.

We recommend the Chardonnay or a Pinot Blanc from the Alexander Laible winery.

Kaiserschmarrn

Der Kaiser soll bei einem seiner Jagdausflüge im Salzkammergut einen Holzfällerschmarren vorgesetzt bekommen haben. Dieser wurde ihm zu Ehren mit guten Zutaten wie Milch, Rosinen und Eiern verfeinert. So wurde aus einem gewöhnlichen Holzfällerschmarrn ein vornehmer Kaiserschmarrn.

 

Ab 2. September 2024 auch bei uns zu geniessen!
