Celebrations, parties, specialties

Our restaurant with its excellent ambience offers the best conditions for family celebrations of all kinds, company events, Easter and Christmas celebrations or specialty events such as wine tastings or an original Swiss fondue.

02

Asparagus

From April onwards, white asparagus is harvested in Germany. We promptly import asparagus and potatoes from Germany and offer our guests a first-class treat early on.

From May 28, 2024, we will no longer offer asparagus and are looking forward to the 2025 asparagus season.

Chanterelle with white wine cream sauce

07

Chanterelles

The chanterelles replace the asparagus!

We look forward to your visit to our restaurant.

Of course we have the right wine to go with it!

In general, chanterelles go well with low-acid wines, such as white wines with a more intense flavor but low acidity (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, or Pinot Blanc). It is important not to mask the delicate flavors of the chanterelles.

We recommend the Chardonnay or Weissburgunder from the Alexander Laible winery.
